Ciao! I’m Luca. I was born and raised in Pescara, my family comes from a farm in the countryside near Penne, and after living in dozens of countries I still spend every summer I can back home in Abruzzo.
For years, friends and friends of friends kept asking me the same questions. Where should we go in Abruzzo? Is this town right for a longer stay? Is that house worth flying over to see? Do you know someone local who can help?
I answered all of them, one by one, for free, because I love when people fall in love with my region. Now I’m making it official. If you’re planning a trip, thinking about a longer stay, or seriously considering buying a house or moving here, I can save you months of confusing research…and a few expensive mistakes.
What I help with
Trip planning advice. Not a copy-paste itinerary. We talk about how you actually travel, and I tell you where I would go, where I would eat, and what I would skip. The same advice I’ve given my own friends for twenty years.
Relocation orientation. An honest conversation about towns, costs, seasons, healthcare, bureaucracy, and what daily life really feels like when the holiday ends. I’ll tell you the beautiful parts and the frustrating parts. Both are real.
Property-visit support. Thinking about buying? I help you prepare the right questions, understand what “charming and affordable” actually means here, and avoid the classic traps foreigners fall into.
Local connections. After a lifetime in Abruzzo, I know people: in Pescara, in Penne, in the villages. When you need someone on the ground I can often point you to a person I trust.
